Keith C. Perry - Director of Networks & Applications

With over 20 years of experience working with computer systems, Keith brings a unique understanding of internet technology to VCSN. "I grew up in a time when technology was runing races- everyone was trying to make the next 'latest greatest widget'. I have been fortunate to have used many of the systems and networks that paved the way for where we are today." Keith serves as the Director of Networks and Applications. As he explains it, "Over the years, I realized that most [corporate] web sites were extensions of a companies core business. When you leverage that core competence with strong system design skills, I've found that we could also deploy web applications rapidly because most of the business logic was already there. The success we have experienced is due to our ability to integrate that business logic with the proper intranet or internet interface. Where appropriate, we also develop administrative interfaces that allow our clients to manage their applications and data themselves which further increases productivity." Keith holds an MS E.E. from Drexel University where he studied Computer Networks and Network Security

Rahsaan is a member of the National Society of Black Engineers. He has five years of experience with installing, configuring, administrating and networking on multiple platforms and operating systems including MS-DOS, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP and LINUX. He also has six years experience with Macintosh hardware, software and network configuration along with extensive analytical and troubleshooting skills.
