Connectivity Packages:


In addition to the dial-in service that we provide for our clients, we
also offer several other communications packages.  These packages can be
custom tailored to fit the client's needs.  What is quoted below are the
base level packages.

1) On-Demand / Dial-Up Office Solutions (V.34, V.90, ISDN)
  
This service offers the client a private phone number so they never
receive a busy signal.  It is perfect for clients who rely heavily on
internet access but can not cost justisfy the expense of a full-time
circuit.

2) Full-Time Office Solutions (T1 or Fractional T1)

This service is for those offices that would house their own servers
(e.g. email servers, web servers).  It is a scalable solution that can grow
with you as your bandwidth needs increase.  VCSN can also offer a very
competitive package that would allow the client to take advantage of our
environment management services.  The pricing is as follows:

Installation & Setup	$ 500.00

The monthly charge is dependent on your bandwidth needs. Keep in mind that
this charge is separate from the local loop carrier's cost of the data 
line (i.e. Bell Atlantic, WorldCom, etc.).  There is a 15% discount
if you pay for a year upfront.  If you ever decide to upgrade your
bandwidth there is NO NEW INSTALLATION CHARGE.  Bandwidth upgrades will be
scheduled so that downtime is minimized.

Additional Services

1) Network Security and Firewall Services:  NO CHARGE

At VCSN we know that your information is your business and if that information
is compromised either by theft or by integrity you could be out of business.
As a result, ALL OF OUR SERVICES INCLUDE NETWORK SECURITY MEASURES.  We
provide network services to give you the highest level of security while
still allowing you access to internet services.  We can also monitor
your network traffic at any point in case you suspect that you are under
"attack".  Even though ANY public network by definition is unsecure, we
provide you with  as much security as possible to prevent and discourage
"attacks".

2) Secondary Email Services: $50/month
   
Protects your company's incoming email so that if your local server goes
down, one of our server will hold email for your organization until your
local server is online again.

3) Domain Redirection: $75/month + $25/year

For clients that DO NOT have access accounts, VCSN can redirect your internet
domains.  To servers on other networks. 

4) Back-Up Dedicated Services

VCSN can provide you with dedicated back-up bandwidth for 25% off of the
normal bandwidth charges quoted above.

Notes:
a) On-Demand service customers that run their on email server *must* use
   this services otherwise, when your server is not online, people will
   NOT be able to send you email.
