Details
- Administrator-Client Interview
- The VCSN Web Administrator will meet with you or talk to you (in person or by phone) in order to define your Web page requirements.
- Web Proposal
- VCSN will provide the client with documentation identifying the Web page elements, Web page costs, and approximate time line.
- Design Implementation
- VCSN will begin the initial design of client web page(s) after receiving all necessary materials.
- Web Page Review / Initial Client Approval
- After starting the design of the Web page(s), we will present the Web pages to the client for review. The pages will be in the form of printed, faxed, temporary Web pages or possibly files on a disk. The pages that are in Web form can be looked at remotely or
locally on there own computer. Client will then identify changes and/or
corrections that are needed. Based on above situation, the
client will give its initial approval of the Web page design.
- Publication of Web Page
- VCSN will put the final version of the client's Web page(s) on the proposed Web Site. At this point, registration of the Web page(s) will take place.
- Final Client Approval
- Client will give their final approval on the appearance and functionality of the Web page(s) as stated in the proposal. All terms of
the proposal are satisfied.
- Maintenance
- VCSN will make any changes necessary to the client's current Web page(s), add new information, pages, features, etc. at predetermined costs.
